Journal Searching

Journals:

Searching Strategies:

  • For Mathematical Programming, you can follow the link to the Business Source Ultimate database. Once you open the publication in Business Source Ultimate via EBSCO's interface you can search within the publication for subject specific terms.
  • For American Mathematical Monthly & College Mathematics Journal, you can follow the links to the title within JSTOR and run a keyword search on a topic of interest.  You can also browse the online tables of contents for articles.  For Fibonacci Quarterly, you can browse the Subject Index, and also browse back issues tables of contents.

Database Searching

You can also search for the three journals by Publication Name and Topic or Keyword within each of these databases; after you identify an article, click on the Find It button to link to the full text (if available).

Interlibrary Loan

If an item you need is not available in our physical collection OR a journal is unavailable in our digital holdings you CAN request to interlibrary loan books and/or journal articles from other institutions. Journal articles tend to arrive faster than physical books - the time it takes depends on the loaning institution. For more information or if you'd like to request an interlibrary loan, email ILL@depauw.edu

Alternatively, you can request ILLs via the catalog this way OR if it is not in the catalog you can request it this way
