WT 2022: Sweet and Savory Science: Books & More

This guide has been created for Jeff Hansen's WT 2022 course.

Welcome!

This guide has been created for Jeff Hansen's Winter Term 2022 class.  Cookbooks from the DePauw Libraries will be available at the Ullem Center.  Library databases can be searched for articles that have recipes as well as detailed information on cooking techniques and processes.  If you need help, please email the science librarian, Caroline Gilson: cgilson@depauw; her office is in the Prevo Science Library if you want to come by for an in-person consultation.

Putnam County Public Library

All DePauw students are welcome to get library cards at the Putnam County Public Library.

Their library is just one building north of Marvin's restaurant.

Their collection includes lots of recent fiction and popular non-fiction books, videos, and books on tape and CD.

They're open shorter hours than the DePauw Libraries, and they charge a fine for overdue books (ten cents per day), while we normally don't.

Search their catalog and read more about library hours and services here.
