HI.

This guide suggests a few resources that I think might be most helpful for researching lgbt topics, but it's nowhere near comprehensive. I didn't, for instance link to biographies of or autobiographies about/by lgbt people, to a wide array of literature & friction, to coverage in almost any discipline (you can easily imagine glbt topics in psychology, sociology, biology, law, ...).  I don't want to list 80+ databases that include but don't really focus on queer peoples & topics!

So, contact me or any librarian if you would like help looking for info in the sources I've listed here, or in others that are equally helpful for other topics & aspects. Please.

Finding Books

Books in our libraries are shelved by the Library of Congress classification system (not Dewey Decimal).

In the main Roy O West library, books with call numbers starting with the letters A-D are on the 2nd floor, & books with call numbers starting with the letters E-Z are on the 3rd floor.
